2. Data Collection
HemoChat collects anonymized query data to improve the system. No personally identifiable information (PII) or patient health information (PHI) should be entered into this system. Do not input patient names, IDs, or any protected health information.
3. Data Sources
Responses are generated using SNOMED-CT International ontology, NASS guidelines, AO Spine Surgery Reference, and NICE guidelines. All sources are cited in responses where applicable. Evidence grades (A/B/C) follow established clinical grading standards.
4. Limitations
HemoChat is currently limited to the spine medicine domain. Guidelines are periodically updated; always verify current recommendations with primary sources. AI-generated responses may contain errors.
5. Regulatory Status
HemoChat is not FDA-approved or CE-marked as a medical device. It is an informational tool for educational and reference purposes for healthcare professionals.
